I learned to read a room because I had to. I learned to spot who was being left out because I was often that person. I learned to build connection where it did not come easy because that was survival.
I grew up in foster care. That experience taught me early how to read a room, spot who is being left out, and build connection in places where it does not come easy. That skill became the foundation of everything I do.
I did not plan to become a leadership partner. I became one because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere I worked: people showing up physically but checking out mentally. Leaders burning out. Teams going quiet. Communities losing spark. People building something important while losing themselves in the process.
Today, I partner with leaders, founders, and speakers who are doing important work but feel themselves slipping. The momentum is fading. The morale is dropping. The clarity they once had is getting buried under the weight of building. They are losing themselves while building what matters. I step in as a partner to help them reconnect — with their people, their purpose, and themselves.
I also host Energy First Leadership Studio, a podcast community of 1,000+ engaged listeners. It is where I practice what I preach: showing up consistently, creating touchpoints that matter, and helping people stay connected to the work and each other.
If my story resonates and you want to explore how we might work together, I would love to hear from you. I will listen first. Then I will tell you honestly if I can help.
