These terms explain how The Reclamation Movement membership works. By joining, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join.
The Reclamation Movement is a private voice-led membership community. You get access to live podcast-style sessions, voice and text support, and a private Telegram community space.
This is not a course. There is no curriculum. There are no guaranteed outcomes. The value is in the conversations, the presence, and the community.
Membership is billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Founding members lock in their rate for as long as they stay active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay the current rate at that time.
You can cancel anytime. No drama. No guilt. There are no refunds for past payments. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, access ends.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information and contact details up to date inside Stripe. If your payment fails and you do not update your information, your access will be interrupted.
If a payment fails, the system may automatically attempt to collect payment up to two additional times.
If payment is not successfully collected after those attempts, membership access may be suspended or terminated.
Members whose access is terminated due to failed payments must rejoin at the current membership rate if they wish to return.
Founding Member pricing is available only while membership remains active and in good standing. If a member cancels or loses access due to non-payment, Founding Member pricing is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
All membership payments are final.
No refunds will be provided for membership fees already paid.
Members may cancel their membership at any time to avoid future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for prior payments.
Members may cancel at any time.
Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
No future charges will be applied after cancellation.
Sessions happen when I am lit up. There is no fixed schedule. I notify members through Telegram, usually with 30 to 60 minutes notice. You catch what you catch. There are no guaranteed replays or recordings.
This is a respectful space. By joining, you agree to:
I reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards. No refunds will be given if you are removed for misconduct.
All content shared inside The Reclamation Movement, including voice recordings, written posts, and live session content, is my intellectual property. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
You are welcome to apply what you learn to your own life and work. You may not repackage or resell the content as your own.
I do not guarantee specific results. Everyone's experience will be different. The work happens through showing up, staying present, and engaging honestly. I cannot do the work for you.
The Reclamation Movement is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional counseling. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. This is a voice-led community for personal growth and identity work.
I am not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on what you hear or learn inside the community. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for any claim related to this membership will not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
I may update these terms from time to time. If I make significant changes, I will notify members through the community. Continuing your membership after changes means you accept the updated terms.
